Secondary Education

Secondary education is the final stage of school education. It is preceded by basic education and followed by tertiary education, which includes higher education. Secondary education is considered the period of learning during adolescence, typically for students between the ages of 11 and 19, although the age range may vary from one country to another. It is compulsory in some countries, but not all.

Objective:
The main purpose of secondary education is to prepare learners to pursue their academic studies in any field of tertiary education—whether higher, vocational, or specialized education—or to enter the workforce at entry-level positions in the public or private sectors.
